We are excited to share the news of this year’s York County School Division Teacher of the Year! Congratulations to Ms. April Insley, Library Media Specialist at Yorktown Elementary School.

Dr. Carroll, joined by School Board members Zoran Pajevic and James Richardson, as well as the division’s Executive Leadership Team, surprised her with the announcement this morning. Ms. Insley is a wonderful representative of the outstanding teachers throughout York County.
