Hello!  Welcome to the Yorktown Elementary School Counseling Department!  We are so glad you are here!  We are your school counselors, Danielle Neubauer and Rebecca Rossi.  We are looking to getting to know all our students and working with parents throughout the year!

As the school counselors, we work to help every student reach their full academic, social, emotional and personal potential.  To support this we see students individually, in small groups and for classroom lessons throughout the school year.  Please see below for a breakdown of some of the things we do at Yorktown Elementary School.
